Mabel is named after my grandmothers (both named Mabel) who were born and raised in the South.

I never got to meet them, but have been told many stories about their shared love of entertaining. No one walked away hungry and no one left without dessert.

This little business is an ode to them.

For years I’ve been making this key lime pie for friends and family, and for years have been asked when I’m going to sell them. So I finally decided to do just that.

Everything is made in small batches to order here in Nashville, with the same intention my grandmothers had: make something worth sharing.
